Our program combines the most effective training methods, including Functional Bodybuilding, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. We promote healthy, active lifestyles by teaching proper form, consistency, and then intensity. Fitness for longevity and sustainability. With our training methods, there isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills. Which means you’ll never run out of fun and challenging ways to build strength and fitness at our gym!
This is a phenomenal gym. I am a mother of two very young girls. My physical abilities and confidence were quite low. The coaches and owner are welcoming and detailed. They will help you modify the movements and make sure you are using correct form at EVERY class for EVERY movement.
Members of the gym aren’t watching the whiteboard and the coaches aren’t teaching to the strongest or fastest athletes but to everyone. All of this helps the overall experience to help support CrossFit.
By week six I had lost just over thirty pounds and had gained muscles I have never had before. Even when I was a finely tuned, thoroughly trained and exquisitely chiseled killing machine. Mike's classes are great for the beginner to the advanced. He motivates and encouraged you to strive for more and push a little harder to better yourself. The class numbers are small and the variety of personalities are so much fun. Everyone has a common goal and it is fitness so we encourage and support each other...
I just started, but I'm really excited to continue! I'm a stay at home mom of three and haven't spent much time focusing on myself or physical fitness. Mike made me feel comfortable right away and is taking the time to teach me the fundamentals. He's patient and breaks things down so even a newbie like me can get it!
